Extra information:In Kabay, Haiti, Jack beans are ready for distribution at the Kabay farmers seed bank (April, 2016). MCC (through a CFGB grant) is working in the Artibonite Department of Haiti to support local farmers in improved agriculture techniques and processes, including the use of seedbanks to safely and securely preserve the year's harvest so that farmers can plant again when the rains come.
