Description
Ariannis Hines, from Philadelphia, Pa., is one of the young adults who was supposed to be participating in MCC's Service and Learning Together (SALT) program this year. Although disappointed that she had to delay her SALT service, she is thankful for the virtual global health practicum and says, "It keeps me going in this year when everything else is pretty messed up."
MCC is partnering with Goshen College to offer a year-long Global Health Virtual Practicum. For two hours each Saturday morning, a group of young adults from around the world gather on a Zoom video call to learn about and discuss issues related to global public health.
