Description
MCC canned meat was provided by MCC partner All Ukrainian Platform for the Improvement of Society (KECB) to this family of 11, of whom eight members are shown, in the Kharkiv region* of Ukraine.

Personal/Project impact
The father* of the family lost his job because of the war. No money is available to buy fresh meat. The canned meat is used in various dishes: borscht, gravy, pies and more. With the meat, “We can eat delicious meals during this difficult time.”
MCC partner All-Ukrainian Platform for Health Improvement of Society (KECB), a civic organization working with the Evangelical Christian Baptist Church Sokolivska, received canned meat from MCC for a distribution in August 2022.
Project Summary
The goal of KECB's emergency response project is to help Ukrainians from the most vulnerable segments of the population of the Kharkiv region, as well as internally displaced families and individuals from the war zone in meeting basic needs, including improving sanitary conditions, personal hygiene, food quality, which will improve the physical and psychological health of project participants.
